DAMAS Salesianas 25th Anniversary

ADMA-Y took part in honoring a major milestone as the Asociación de Damas Salesianas (Salesian Women’s Association) of St. Dominic Savio Parish marked its 25th anniversary. Established by Maria Márquez, with steadfast backing from Fr. Gael Sullivan, the organization has flourished over the years, now comprising 24 devoted members—20 of whom have fully embraced their commitment to the mission.
The main mission of the Damas Salesianas is to serve youth, children and the needy, and their initiatives range from granting scholarships to distributing meals on occasions such as Thanksgiving to supporting families with the help of psychologists. They also provide compassionate service to those most in need through programs such as “Woman to Woman”.
